Ο Δημήτρης Καβάκας είναι διεθνής σύμβουλος επιχειρηματικής ανάπτυξης με μακρά εμπειρία στο τομέα γονιμότητας. Σήμερα έχει την εταιρεία συμβούλων του, Redia Ltd, με έδρα το Λονδίνο, το οποίο επικεντρώνεται συγκεκριμένα στον τομέα των ταξιδιών για θέματα γονιμότητας. Διαχειρίζεται το rediaivf.com πύλη που προσφέρει μοναδικές υπηρεσίες σε ασθενείς γονιμότητας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων πακέτων εγγύησης επιστροφής χρημάτων και χρηματοδότησης πληρωμής δόσεων, ώστε να τους υποστηρίζει καλύτερα όταν ταξιδεύουν στο εξωτερικό για θεραπεία. Εκτός από την εξειδικευμένη ιατρική του εμπειρία, ο Δημήτρης έχει μακρά εμπειρία σε Πανεπιστημιακή διαχείριση και την προώθηση ακαδημαϊκών προγραμμάτων παγκοσμίως.

Ο Δημήτρης Καβάκας σπούδασε διεθνείς σχέσεις στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική του έρευνα στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Leeds. Είναι επίσης πτυχιούχος του Executive MBA από το Διεθνές Ελληνικό Πανεπιστήμιο.

Εκτός από το διοικητικό του υπόβαθρο, ο Δημήτρης έχει μια εκτεταμένη διδακτική εμπειρία σε Πανεπιστήμια στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, την Ελλάδα, στην Τσεχία, τη Γαλλία και τη Σουηδία, καθώς και ερευνητικό έργο με αγγλικές εκδόσεις στον τομέα των διεθνών σχέσεων.

Ο Δρ Χάρης Χηνιάδης, συνεργάτης της Redia IVF, είναι Σύμβουλος Γυναικολόγου σε θέματα Αναπαραγωγής με εξειδίκευση στην εξωσωματική γονιμοποίηση και στη γυναικολογική ενδοσκόπηση (λαπαροσκόπηση και υστεροσκόπηση).

Dr Harry Hiniadis is a Reproductive Gynecologist and Vice-President of HYGEIA IVF Embryogenesis. He is Member of the Board of Directors of Mitera Hospital and co-founder of the Non-Profit Association for the Assistance of Reproduction “Be-Live”. He specialised in Obstetrics & Gynecology in the UK for 6 years at esteemed institutes such as King’s College Hospital, Royal London Hospital, Medway Maritime Hospital, Queen Mary Hospital, and King George Hospital. Whilst at King’s College Hospital, London, Dr Hiniadis was research fellow at the Harris Birthright Unit for Fetal Medicine.

He specialised in IVF and Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery (Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy) and worked in the Assisted Reproduction Unit of Saint Bartholomew's University Hospital, London. Between 2004-20021 he was an associate of the of Mitera IVF Unit, where he has served as Scientific Director. He has obtained the European Diploma in Gynecological Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy, Université d'Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand, the Diploma of Console Surgeon in Robotic Laparoscopy, Strasbourg, the Diploma of Faculty for Family Planning of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) and the A.L.S.O. Diploma (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics), U.K. He is a certified ultrasonographer, and holds the Diploma of the Hellenic Ministry of Health for Gynecological and Obstetric Ultrasound. He teaches in the Postgraduate Program "Human Reproduction" of the Medical School of the Democritus University of Thrace, as well as the sixth-year students of the Medical School of the European University Cyprus at Hygeia Hospital. He devotes a significant part of his working time to the free provision of medical services and to educate doctors and the public about the treatment of infertility and the decline of global fertility rate..

Dr Maria Arqué (MD, PhD) is a gynaecologist, specialised in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She completed her education in Barcelona and has also done clinical observerships at Yale University (USA) and Strasbourg (IRCAD, France). In addition, she holds a  Doctorate in Medicine (PhD) from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona on Reproductive Medicine, about how diet and lifestyle influence IVF results. In addition to her formal studies and experience in Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine, she continues to expand her knowledge in integrative and functional medicine, nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness to give a more comprehensive approach to her practice.
She worked in several reference fertility clinics in Spain and Ireland and has led the Egg Donation Program and the International Patient’s Program. She is currently the founder and Medical Director at Gynnergy, where she offers a more personalised and integrative approach to her patients. She is a lecturer at the Master of Human Reproductive Medicine (Fertty, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and Master of Functional Fertility (Regenera). She is a Member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). She is interested in fertility preservation, the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on fertility, research and education. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, Catalan and French.
