Dimitris Kavakas, PhD
Dimitris Kavakas is an international business development consultant with long experience in the fertility travel sector. Currently owns his consultancy firm, Redia Ltd, based in London, with which he specifically focuses on the fertility travel sector. He runs the rediaivf.com portal which offers unique services to fertility patients, including refund guarantee packages and instalment payment financing so as to better support them in traveling abroad for treatment. Apart from his medical travel expertise, Dimitris has a long experience in University management and promotion of academic programs worldwide.
Dimitris Kavakas studied international relations in the UK and he completed his doctoral research in the University of Leeds. He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA from the International Hellenic University.
Apart from his management background, Dimitris has an extensive teaching experience in Universities in the UK, Greece, Czech Republic, France and Sweden, as well as research work with English publications in the area of international relations.
Arina Rogozina is an experienced and qualified professional in International Relations. She has contributed to impacting international business outcomes in Health, Environment, Education and Trade industries.
For the past eight years, Arina has launched, developed and managed Cross Border Reproductive Care and International Health Tourism at Reproclinic assisted reproduction clinic in Barcelona and Juaneda, a private healthcare network in the Balearic Islands, Spain.
She is skilled in communication, negotiation, project management, business intelligence, with proficiency in strategic planning and execution.
Dr Harry Hiniadis
Dr Harry Hiniadis, associate of Redia IVF, is a Consultant Reproductive Gynaecologist specialised in IVF and gynaecological endoscopy (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy).
He specialised in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the UK for 6 years at esteemed institutes such as: King’s College Hospital, Royal London Hospital, Medway Maritime Hospital, Queen Mary Hospital, and King George Hospital. Whilst at King’s College Hospital, London, Harry was research fellow at the Harris Birthright Unit for Fetal Medicine.
At the Université d’ Auvergne in Clermont–Ferrand (France) he obtained the European Diploma in gynaecological endoscopy. He was also trained in IVF at the Reproductive Medicine Unit in Saint Bartholomew’s Hospital (St Bart’s), London. He then went on to obtain the Diploma of Console Surgeon in robotic laparoscopy in Strasbourg, France.
He performs the whole spectrum of infertility treatment both surgical (laparoscopy & hysteroscopy) and IVF (ICSI, PGS, egg donation, surrogacy), and has treated patients from across the globe who have travelled to Greece in order to achieve a pregnancy.
Chrissa Panopoulou is a graduate of Italian and English language and literature from the University of Aristotle in Thessaloniki. Apart from her extensive teaching experience in Italian and English language she has collaborated with translation centres in Thessaloniki. She has also specialised as a first aid nurse and as a volunteer of the social assistance system in the training department of the Red Cross in Thessaloniki. She has offered her services to the general hospital of ‘GENNIMATA’ and to various social charitable institutions working with disabled and abandoned children as well as with elderly people. Currently she works as a teacher of English and Italian language.
Irene Tsenekidou has studied Business Administration and has a MSc in Human Resource Management from Business School of Edinburgh.
Claudia Martínez del Hoyo
Claudia is a translator (Spanish, English, Italian, French, Catalan), has extensive experience in communication and international relations, and has worked in the linguistic, cultural and medical sector as a project manager since 2012. In 2017 she specialised in the field of fertility and assisted reproduction and has worked as an international medical coordinator since then, contributing to patient care and business expansion alongside colleagues and professionals in the sector.

Dr Rina Agrawal
Dr Rina Agrawal is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine, Assisted Conception and in Obstetrics / Gynaecology in the NHS and Private sector. She is also a Hon. Associate Professor in Reproductive Medicine at Warwick University and has dual accreditation in both UK and in India.
Dr Agrawal has had 25 years experience in Gynaecology and Obstetrics and over 17 years experience in Fertility and Assisted Conception.
Dr. Vasiliki A. Moragianni
Vasiliki A. Moragianni, MD, MS, FACOG is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and subspecialty board certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Moragianni, a native of Greece, graduated from Cornell University with a B.Sc. in Human Biology and then obtained a M.Sc. degree in Physiology & Biophysics from Georgetown University. She received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed an OB/GYN residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Moragianni was elected ACOG Massachusetts Secretary/Treasurer, RESOLVE New England board member, as well as board member of the Society for Gynecologic Investigation (SGI) and the Chair of SGI’s New Investigators Advisory Group. She was also a member of the Nomination and Election Committee of the New England Fertility Society (NEFS) and has served in the Harvard Academy of Medical Educators, the Harvard Joint Committee on the Status of Women, the New England Hellenic Medical & Dental Society, the Massachusetts Medical Society, and the Hellenic Medical Society of Philadelphia.
Dr. Xanthia Samaropoulos
Xanthia Samaropoulos, MD, MPH is a Board Certified Endocrinologist practicing in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia/VCU School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. Her internship and residency in internal medicine as well as endocrinology fellowship was completed at the Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Samaropoulos practices adult general endocrinology with a special interest in inpatient diabetes management, adrenal, gonadal, thyroid, and pituitary disorders.
